Neighborhood is convenient (15 min) to charming Fairhope, Foley shopping centers and the beaches of Gulf Shores (30 min).

PETS:

* Pets must be disclosed at time of booking and the $125 non refundable pet fee keeps our cleaners and maintenance people happy.
* If pet is not disclosed upon booking request, the non refundable fee is $300.

WATER SPORTS:
* Two kayaks available upon advance request (first come first serve)
* Boat launch at the mouth of Weeks Bay is a 3 minute drive.
* Weather permitting, you can bring a boat up the canal and tie up on the property bulkhead

Weeks bay is a touchstone for boating access to:

* Gulf Shores causeway (restaurants, music, beaches & entertainment)

NOTE: During the winter, strong tides and winds can create shallow water conditions in the region and the canal may not be navigable for some hours of a given day. Summertime however, the water levels allow for reliable boating access. That being said, the local boat launch is accessible all year and can access all that the local rivers estuaries and bays provide.

Please only flush toilet paper as we are on a septic system.

Please park in gravel driveway, not on grass/lawn.

All pets must be disclosed. As a pet owner myself, I love being able to provide a pet friendly environment, and this Inevitably creates more work for the cleaning staff and wear and tear. Pet fee ensures keeping the property it’s most inviting for all of our guests and furry friends. Pick up poop from property right away, wrap in plastic bag and discard in outside trash please.

Please use provided trivets instead of placing hot pans directly on countertops.

Use kayaks at your own risk and please put back immediately after use.

There is usually firewood near carport that you can use.

Barbecue is fueled by supplied propane canister. Swap out is available at Dollar General if empty ( 5 minute drive). Provide the receipt, and I will reimburse you for the cost.
