Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can stay at Group Retreat Fairhope, AL?

The home sleeps up to 14 — comfortably 12, with room for 14 by arrangement.

Can we book just part of the house?

Yes. It’s two complete, self-contained homes under one roof: a three-bedroom upstairs and a one-bedroom downstairs, each with its own private entrance, full kitchen, and bath. Book the whole place for a large group, or reserve a single floor for a smaller trip.

Is Group Retreat Fairhope, AL good for multigenerational families or two families traveling together?

Yes, our waterfront retreat home rental is built for exactly that. The two floors let everyone be together when they want and apart when they need, and the home was custom-built with sound mitigation between the levels — cork underlayment and wool insulation — so the two floors live comfortably separate even when both are occupied.

Is it pet friendly?

Is Group Retreat Fairhope on the water?
