House Rules
The person who made this booking is the guardian of the group experience and is
responsible for ensuring every guest arrives knowing these house rules.
This is a private home shared in good faith.
We ask that every guest treat it with the same care they would want for their own home.
Five minutes reading these rules protects your booking, your deposit, and the stay itself.
Important: Furniture and Items — Fee Up To $500
Please do not move furniture between floors or rooms.
Do not move kitchen items, utensils, plates, linens, clothing steamers,
or any household items between the upstairs and downstairs kitchens.
A fee of up to $500 will be charged for furniture or items found out of place at checkout.
Please leave everything exactly where you found it.
This applies to all items regardless of size or weight.
Guests and Visitors
• Maximum 12 registered overnight guests
• All visitors and non-registered guests require prior written approval from the host
• This includes but is not limited to: hairdressers, massage therapists, caterers, and
service providers
• Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the registered guest group are not permitted
• No commercial photography or filming
Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the peaceful neighborhood at all times
• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are permitted outside only
• Please close exterior doors so smoke does not enter the home
Prohibited Items
• No glitter or confetti
• No tape, thumbtacks, or nails on walls or doors
Parking
• Please park in the driveway or under the carport
• Please do not park on the grass
Pets
• Pets are welcome – maximum 4
• Please clean up after your pets outside and dispose of waste in the outdoor bins
• We trust our guests to treat the property with the same care they would want for their
own home
Kitchen Care
• Garbage disposal: rinse residue only – no food scraps, grease, or debris
• Always use trivets under hot pans to protect countertops
• Please do not move utensils, plates, cookware, or kitchen items between the upstairs
and downstairs kitchens
Plumbing
• Septic system: flush toilet paper only
• No wipes, paper towels, or any other materials
Security and Safety
• Two Ring doorbell cameras record video at the front entrances 24/7
• Please keep exterior doors closed at all times to prevent wildlife from entering – we are
adjacent to protected state forest
• Floodlight switch is by the front door – feel free to leave on overnight for safety
Checkout
• Checkout time: 10:00 AM
• Please follow the checkout instructions provided
• Return all furniture and items to their original positions before leaving
• Failure to do so may result in a fee of up to $500
