Additional rules
Provide all guest name and ages prior to arrival.

Smoking outside is ok but not inside of the house, and please close exterior door so smoke does not come back into the home.

No glitter or confetti.

No tape – thumbtacks – nails – et on doors or walls.

Please only flush toilet paper as we are on a septic system.

Please park in gravel driveway, not on grass/lawn.

All pets must be disclosed. As a pet owner myself, I love being able to provide a pet friendly environment, and this Inevitably creates more work for the cleaning staff and wear and tear. Pet fee ensures keeping the property it’s most inviting for all of our guests and furry friends. Pick up poop from property right away, wrap in plastic bag and discard in outside trash please.

Please use provided trivets instead of placing hot pans directly on countertops.

Use kayaks at your own risk and please put back immediately after use.

EXPERIENCES/VISITORS OUTSIDE OF APPROVED GUESTS:

Please reach out before booking to discuss. Approval in writing. Security fee or deposit might be required.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are two Ring doorbell cameras located at the front doors with views of entry and portion of driveway. These devices record video and audio upon motion detection, 24/7. Footage is securely stored and can be reviewed retrospectively if needed.

There is usually firewood near carport that you can use.

Barbecue is fueled by supplied propane canister. Swap out is available at Dollar General if empty ( 5 minute drive). Provide the receipt, and I will reimburse you for the cost.

Upon exit:

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
